Both images were taken during my excursions around Rome. The first (above) was taken on the roof of the Garibaldi Museum. The image of the angel riding three horses on top of a plinth was an imposing image to behold, but double exposed against the white sun and clear sky of the city just made it a little more eerie for me.
The second was taken at the Castel Sant’Angelo. My friend and I were coming to the end of the tour, and I noticed this decayed sculpture, nestled in an alcove, in a less busy part of the castle. I don’t know about you but Lord Voldermort came to mind… What do you think?
