the PEEP SHOW | Weekly Photo Challenge: From Lines to Patterns

linesDo you know what it is yet?

As if. It’s the top of the Millennium Dome, which I climbed on my birthday back in June of this year. Looking at this probably wasn’t this best idea when I was up so high, but I liked the repetition. Lines in this case was all about reinforcement and structure. Mathematically it makes sense and pattern is a product of that.

patternsA stained glass mural in the Vatican.

So beautiful, the colours, the light shining through; all those patterns and lines used to make up one whole picture. It was one of the favourite artworks I saw (and if you’ve visited you’ll know that’s a near impossible decision)
